DRIPZ provides AI-powered virtual try-on technology that allows users to see how clothing items would look on them using uploaded photos. The Service includes:

• Account management features
• Credit-based usage system

Account Creation: To use certain features of our Service, you must create an account by providing a valid email address and creating a password.

Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Age Requirement: You must be at least 13 years old to use our Service. Users under 18 must have parental consent.

Accurate Information: You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and to update it as necessary.

You agree to use our Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to:

• Upload photos of other people without their consent

Credit-Based Usage: Our Service operates on a credit system where each virtual try-on consumes one credit.

Free Credits: New users receive free credits to try the Service. Additional credits can be purchased.

Payment Terms: Payments for credit packs are processed immediately upon purchase. All sales are final.

Refunds: Refunds may be provided at our discretion for technical issues that prevent service usage.

Credit Expiration: Credits do not expire but are tied to your account. Deleted accounts forfeit remaining credits.

Your Content: You retain ownership of all photos and images you upload. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process it for providing the Service.

User Responsibility for Content: By submitting any photos, images, or other materials to DRIPZ, you represent and warrant that you own all rights to such content, or have obtained all necessary permissions and licenses to use and share it. You are solely responsible for any content you submit and assume all risk associated with it, including any claims related to copyright, trademark, privacy, or other legal issues. DRIPZ assumes no liability for content you do not have the rights to use.

Generated Images: Virtual try-on results are created by our AI using your photos. You have the right to use these images for personal purposes.

Our Technology: The DRIPZ platform, AI models, and all related technology are our intellectual property and are protected by copyright and other laws.

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and protection of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy.
