This usually happens with poor lighting or unclear photos. Try uploading a clearer, more direct photo of yourself and the garment for a better result.
App is running slowly or freezing
First, try clearing your browser's cache and refreshing the page. Large image files can also slow processing, so try resizing images to under 5MB if possible.
I am unable to upload a photo
Please check your internet connection and ensure the image file is under 10MB and in a supported format (JPEG, PNG, WebP). If the problem persists, please contact support.
