Photos & Images You Upload: Photos you provide to generate virtual try-ons, along with the try-on results we generate for you.

Account Information: Email address and any profile information you choose to provide.

Usage Data: Basic usage statistics (e.g., number of try-ons) to operate and improve the service experience.

Technical Data: IP address, device/browser information, and similar diagnostic data for security and performance.

Service Provision: Your photos are used only to deliver virtual try-on features you request (e.g., processing, rendering, and displaying results).

Account Management: Your email is used to manage your account, send important service notices, and provide customer support.

Service Improvement (Non-Photo): We analyze aggregated, de-identified usage patterns to improve our models and UX. Personal photos are not used for model training or improvement.

Communication: We may send service-related emails (security alerts, policy updates). Marketing emails are opt-in.

Purpose-Limited Storage: We store your uploaded photos and generated try-on images solely to operate the service (e.g., enable re-downloads, comparisons, and session continuity). We do not sell, rent, or trade your photos.

Protection: Photos are encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest (e.g., AES-256). Access is strictly limited to authorized personnel and only for support, security, or legal compliance.

Retention & Deletion: You control your photos. You can delete images at any time from your account. If you delete your account, we delete personal photos and generated images from active systems within 30 days, with encrypted backups purged within up to 90 days.

No Advertising Use: We do not use your photos for advertising or marketing without your explicit consent.

Human Review: We do not review photos manually except (i) when you ask for support and grant permission, (ii) to investigate abuse or security issues, or (iii) when required by law.

Model Training: Your personal photos are not used to train our AI models unless we offer an explicit opt-in and you choose it.

Encryption: All data is encrypted both in transit (TLS) and at rest (e.g., AES-256).

Access Controls: We enforce least-privilege access, MFA, logging, and periodic audits of data access.

Infrastructure: We host on reputable cloud providers with industry-standard physical, network, and application security measures.

Incident Response: We maintain procedures for detecting, investigating, and notifying you of security incidents as required by law.

No Sale or Targeted Advertising: We do not sell your personal information or photos. We do not share them for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Service Providers: We use vetted subprocessors (e.g., cloud hosting, storage, email delivery) to run the service. They may process limited data solely on our behalf under confidentiality and data protection agreements.

Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law (e.g., valid subpoena) after verifying the request and, where permitted, notifying you.

Business Transfers: If we undergo a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, your data may transfer under the same or stronger privacy commitments.

Access & Correction: Edit your account information anytime in settings.

Delete Photos & Account: Delete photos individually or delete your account to remove all personal photos and generated images per the timelines above.

Download Your Data: Request a copy of your personal data in a machine-readable format.

Marketing Opt-out: Unsubscribe from marketing at any time via the link in the email or by contacting us.

Our service is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn we have, we will delete it.
